The Suzuki V-Strom 1000XT has attracted huge fan-fare around the world thanks to its comfort, convenience, reliability and enjoyable ride character.
The XT (Cross-Touring) model features wire-spoked wheels and tapered handlebars as standard. The MY19 iteration sports three colour schemes: Champion Yellow No.2, Pearl Blue/Pearl Glacier White & Glass Sparkle Black.

Irresistible Power
The pearl in the V-Strom 1000XT's crown is the ever-versatile 1,037cc 90-degree V-twin engine.
The rider-friendly nature of the big V-twin provides effortless acceleration, tuned to deliver a thick layer of torque (101Nm) from as low as 4,000rpm, meaning you don't need to rev the engine to the moon or downshift to get going like some of the competitors.

2-Mode Traction Control System
This system enables the rider to control the throttle with more confidence in difficult riding situations such as gravel roads, two-up riding or when with a heavy load to minimise the stress and/or fatigue on long distance rides. Features two intervention modes and can also be switched off.

BOSCH 5-Axis IMU
Information about the motorcycle's posture is continually measured by a BOSCH five-axis IMU.

Adjustable Windscreen
Featuring a ratchet-gear mechanism which allows the rider to easily choose from three angles. No tools are necessary and the ideal position can be selected by simply pushing the windscreen by one hand, even with gloves on.

Fully Adjustable KYB Forks
43mm KYB inverted front forks provide a sporty yet plush ride in diverse conditions. The front forks have fully adjustable spring preload plus compression and rebound damping.

Dial-adjustable Rear Shock
The single-shock, link-style rear suspension features rebound damping force adjustment plus remote, hand-operated spring preload adjuster.

Clean and Simple
The easy to see and operate instrument cluster provides rich information to the rider. It incorporates a big analogue tachometer and large digital readouts for the gear position and speedometer.

Motion Track Brake System
This advanced ABS system utilises input from the 5-axis IMU and optimises brake pressure between being upright and when leaning so the stopping force matches the available traction.

Twin-Spar Aluminium Frame
A slim, twin-spar aluminium-alloy frame, providing a smooth ride, and a sporty riding experience when pushed hard. The aluminium swingarm provides a high level of straight-line and cornering stability.
- 12V DC outlet - 12V DC outlet is conveniently located below the instrument panel. The SAE socket is ideal for powering a GPS unit or charging mobile devices.
- Combined Braking - This system can apply rear brake pressure when the front brake pressure reaches a certain point to help stabilise the motorcycle, contributing to increased stability and manoeuvrability during cornering.
- Superior Stopping Power - Tokico monoblock front brake calipers are mated with 310mm floating-mount dual discs are connected to the Motion Track Anti-lock & Combination Brake systems for strong stopping performance.
